The largest parade of Volvo cars is 570 and was achieved by Volvo Forum in association with Auto Boss (Poland) in Katowice, Poland, on 12 September 2010. The parade started on the border between Katowice and Chorzow and ended along the dual carriageway in Katowice. The global deployment of United Nations peacekeeping representatives reached an historic high at the end of October 2006, with 80,976 military and police personnel, in addition to 15,000 civilians serving in peace operations around the world. Largest patchwork quilt

The world’s largest patchwork quilt measured 25,100 sq. m (270,174 sq.ft) and is called Manta da Cultura (Patchwork for Culture). The project was carried out by Realizar – Eventos Especiais, Lda of Parque da Cidade, Porto, Portugal and completed on 18 June 2000. It measured 200m by 170 m.

The largest passenger aircraft now flying and due to enter service in 2007 is the Airbus 380 (manufactured by EADS (Airbus S.A.S.)). It has a wingspan of 79.8 m (261 ft 8 in) and a maximum designed take off weight of 560 tonnes (1,235,000 lb). Its maximum fuel capacity is 310,000 litres (81,890 US gallons) and will normally be fitted with around 555 sets depending on interior fit.
