Rosalia is a chef at the Dorchester Hotel in London. She competed against Rik de Raynor, a chef working at the East Midlands Centre near Nottingham.

The greatest number of times the rear of a car has been lifted clear of the ground (i.e. the rear wheels are not touching the ground) in one hour is 580 by Mark Anglesea (UK), at The Hind, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, UK, on 3 October 1998. The car was a Rover Mini Metro and weighed 810kg 1,785lb.
The most car door windows smashed using fists in two minutes are 20 and were achieved by Kevin Taylor (USA) on the set of Lo Show Dei Record in Rome, Italy, on 25 February 2010. Only 20 car doors were set up for the record. It took Kevin 1 minute 35 seconds to smash the windows. The record was part of the Italian TV Show Lo Show Dei Record.
The most cappuccinos made in one hour is 289 and was achieved by Suzanne Stagg (Australia) at the Atlas Espresso Shop in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, on 29 November 2013. A La Marzocco Linea esspresso machine was used in conjunction with a Mazzer Robur E grinder. In accordance with the guidelines for this category each cup had to contain a minimum of 147.87 ml (5.2 UK fl oz; 5.0 US fl oz) of coffee.
The most national capital cities named in one minute was 50, achieved by Robert Clarke (UK) in Norwich, UK, on 14 March 2011. Robert Clarke identified all 50 capital cities from a randomly compiled list, and did so just within the required timeframe in 58 seconds. Caning is a form of judicial corporal punishment in which a prisoner is officially whipped with a cane made of rattan. In a special report in 2010, Amnesty International estimates that as many as 10,000 people each year are subjected to caning in Malaysia and many of the punished are foreign nationals. Regarded by the organisation as a punishment that intentionally inflicts severe pain and trauma, in the opinion of that organisation it violates the absolute prohibition against torture and ill treatment under international law.
