The most consecutive free throws from a wheelchair is 11 and was achieved by Jeff Walker (USA) at Liberty Community Center in Liberty, Missouri, USA, on 10 July 2013. Jeff plays for the Kansas Wheelhawks in the NWBA. His six year old son, Elliot, was on hand to return the ball to his father after every free throw.

The most consecutive gymnastics one-arm giants on a high bar was 76 by David Fahradyan (Armenia) at the Youth Gymnastic Sports School in Yerevan, Armenia, on 13 November 2010. A high bar giant is the completion of a full-body, 360-degree swing around a high bar, beginning and ending with a temporary handstand at the top of the rotation.
The most consecutive gymnastic high bar giants is 350 and was achieved by David Sargis Fahradyan (Armenia) at the Youth Gymnastics Sports School, Yerevan, Armenia, on 21 July 2009. The attempt took just over 10 minutes.
The record for the most consecutive Gold Medals won at the annually-held Royal Horticultural Society’s Chelsea Flower Show, London, UK is 60 from 1939-2004 and belongs to Hillier Nurseries of Romsey, Hampshire, UK. The medals were all awarded for exhibits of ornamental trees and shrubs. Gold medals were also won in 1928,1929, 1934, 1935 and 1937, but the consecutive run began in 1939. From 1922-1970, Hilliers won other combinations of awards aswell, including Silver Cup, Silver-gilt Flora, Silver Flora, Flora, Silver-gilt Banksian, Banksian and others.

The most consecutive gold medals ever won at the Winter X Games Snowboarder X competition is five by Nate Holland (USA) as of January 2010. Holland won his fifth gold medal (the five-peat) at Winter X Games 14 in 2010. It’s the first five-peat in Winter X Games history.
