The cellars at Paarl of the Koöperatiewe Wijnbouwers Vereniging, known as KWV, in Cape Province, in the centre of the wine-growing district of South Africa, cover an area of 22 ha (54 acres) and have a capacity of 121 million litres (27 million gal).
Cupola is a module of the ISS attached to the Tranquility node and consists of a cluster of seven windows in a dome shape. Built by ESA and launched on 8 February 2010, its overall diameter is 2.95 m and its height is 1.5 m. Its central window measures 80 cm across. The world’s largest window graphic, designed by Phoenix Communications Inc., measures 6,760 sq m (72,762 sq ft) and was featured on the front side of the 43-storey COEX building in Sam-Sung-Dong, KangNam-Gu, Seoul, South Korea in June 2002 to commemorate the 2002 FIFA World Cup. The graphic was sponsored by Korea Telecom and covers 1,600 windows.

The Wrangel Island Reserve, located above the Arctic Circle, north of Siberia, was home to a dwarf variety of woolly mammoths which survived up until as late as 1700 BC. The Yaghan language is an indigenous language of Tierra del Fuego. The Yaghan are estimated to have numbered between 3,000 and 10,000 before Argentina and Chile began exploring Tierra del Fuego in the late nineteenth century. Disease, relocation and exploitation caused their population to collapse rapidly, to around 70 people in 1930. Today Cristina Calderón (born approximately 1938), is the only remaining native Yaghan speaker.
