The largest basket measured 22 m in Length (72 ft 2.16 in), 14.9 m in width (48 ft 10.5 in) and 12.4 in height (40 ft 8 in), and was made by members of Fatat Al-Ahsa Benevolent Society (Saudi Arabia), in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia, on 12 May 2010. The largest cake sculpture measured 11.70 (38 ft 4 in) long and 9.20 m (30 ft 2 in) wide and was made by King Abdulaziz International Airport in association with Saadeddin Pastry (both Saudi Arabia) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on 23 September 2013. The cake had the shape of Saudi Arabia map to celebrate Saudi Arabia national day. The 2.8 tonnes cake took 4 days to be completed by 35 individuals.
The largest carpet of flowers/plants is 10,712.75 m² (115,311 ft²) and was created by Landscaping & Irrigation Department, Royal Commission of Yanbu (Saudi Arabia), in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, on 24 February 2014. The flowers/plant carpet was part of opening the 8th year of Yanbu flower festival. For the carpet, approximately 960,000 plants were used with each plant producing 10-12 flowers.
The largest crystal mosaic measured 9.88 m² (106 ft² 50 in²) and was achieved by Hassan Mohammed Masry (Syria) and Aysha Almusa(Saudi Arabia), in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 14 August 2011. The mosaic measured 4 m (13 ft 1.44 in) in length and 2.47 m (8 ft 1.2 in) in width. Around 400,000 crystals were used to create the mosaic, which depicted an image of His Majesty King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz.

SIPCO, the Saudi-owned bottler of Pepsi products, made the mosaic to depict a large Pepsi logo made up of 4850 Pepsi branded footballs in red, white and blue.
The largest handprint painting measures 10,235 m² (110,168 ft²) and was achieved by ENTEC (Saudi Arabia) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on 23 September 2013. 45,000 individuals participated in painting Saudi map over a period of 7 weeks to celebrate Saudi Arabia national day.
The Largest hydatid cyst contained 37 litres of fluid and was removed from 80 year old Abdullah Bakhet Al Hagawe by Dr. Abdul Rahman Arishi and Dr. Mohd Shahid Hussain Khan, at the King Fahd Central Hospital in Jizan, Saudi Arabia, on 12 January 2005. The main cysts had multiple daughter cysts attached and was found in his abdomen.
