The longest satay measured 140.02 m (459 ft 4 in) and was made by Kopitiam Group of Companies (Singapore) at Lau Pa Sat, Singapore, on 21 July 2007. The satay consisted of 150 kg of chicken which was marinated with cumin, coriander, fennel, ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, onion, sugar and salt. The satay was grilled over charcoal fire by 150 staff.
