The largest gathering of centenarians is 31 and was achieved by Regency Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers (USA) in Somerset, New Jersey, USA, on 19 May 2013.

The largest garden spade is 12.4 m (40 ft 8.2 in) tall and 2.23 m (7 ft 3.8 in) wide at its blade, and was achieved by Garden-Ville (USA) as measured at their premises in Creedmoor, Texas, USA, on 17 July 2014.

The largest gathering of Elvis impersonators is 895, achieved by Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort (USA) in Cherokee, North Carolina, USA, on 12 July 2014. The largest gathering of people dressed as gorillas involved 1,061 participants, in an event organised by Mountain Gorilla Conservation Fund (USA) in Denver, Colorado, USA, on 31 October 2009. The record attempt was named “The Denver Gorilla Run” and was made in conjunction with rising money for Mountain Gorilla Conservation Fund.

The largest gathering of people dressed as vampires consisted of 1,039 participants at an event organised by Kings Dominion (USA) in Doswell, Virginia, USA, on 30 September 2011. The record attempt was part of the Cedar Fair Entertainment Company and Guinness World Records Summer 2011 partnership, and was integrated into the amusement park’s sixth annual ‘Halloween Haunt’ opening night media event.

The largest gathering of people dressed as turkeys is 661 and was accomplished at the 44th Annual Capital One Bank Dallas YMCA Turkey Trot in Dallas, Texas, USA on 24 November 2011.
