The record for the highest air on a skateboard off a halfpipe ramp is 2.35 m (7 ft 8 in) and was achieved by Jocke Olsson (Sweden) on the set of L´Été De Tous Les Records, Argeles-Gazost, France, on 6 July 2005. This record was equalled by Terence Bougdour (France) on the same show in La Tranche Sur Mer, France, on 27 July 2005. Marco Frigatti in attendance

Highest air on a motorcycle (quarterpipe)

The highest air on a motorcycle from a quarterpipe ramp is 10.77 m (35 ft 4 in) and was achieved by Ronnie Renner (USA) during the Red Bull High Rise in Grant Park at Butler Field in Chicago, Illinois, USA on 25 July 2009. Highest altitude by an aircraft (official)

The official FAI (Fédération Aéronautique Internationale) altitude record is 37,650 m (123,523 ft), by Alexandr Fedotov (USSR) flying a highly modified MIG-25 ‘Foxbat’ (designated E266M) from Podmoskovnoe Aerodrome, Russia, on 31 August 1977. Highest altitude by a single kite

Richard P Synergy flew a kite to an altitude of approximately 4,422 m (14,509 ft) above the point of take-off on 12 August 2000 near Kincardine, Ontario, Canada. The massive kite, with an area of 25 m² (270 ft²), was designed and built by Synergy himself. At its maximum altitude the kite had 7.31 km (4.5 miles) of woven kevlar line connecting it to a winch on the ground. The record-breaking flight lasted 8 hr 35 min.
