The largest collection of jigsaw puzzles consists of 1,028 different sets and was achieved by Georgina Gil-Lacuna (Philippines), in Tagaytay City, Philippines, on 29 November 2012. Mrs. Lacuna has been collecting puzzles for 26 years. Her largest puzzle has 18,000 pieces.

Largest collection of instruments made from wooden matchsticks

The largest collection of playable musical instruments made entirely from matchsticks is 10, held by Tony Hall of Hove, East Sussex. The instruments, constructed from used wooden matchsticks by Tony’s deceased father Jack Hall include: violin, chin-rest and bow, Neopolitan mandolin, acoustic guitar, flat-back mandolin, tenor banjo, bones (percussion), castanets, descant recorder, drumsticks and ukulele. Poul Lykke Jepsen (Denmark) has 449 different ice lolly sticks that he has collected since 1988. Poul started collecting ice lolly sticks in 1988 when he ate two ice creams and realised that they had different sticks. Largest collection of Märklin waggons

The largest collection of Märklin wagons belongs to Gilles Monk (Belgium), with 1982 different pieces, which he has been collecting since 1980. See Märklin history attachment. Mr Monk’s favourite train is the “Crocodile” which is an entirely gold plated train produced in only 50 pieces for a press conference held by Märklin in 1983, only given to journalists.

The largest collection of lipstick prints is 54, 949 and was achieved by 32 Pulmonary Hypertension patient groups across the world which was organised by Pulmonary Hypertension Association (UK) at Castlebrook High School, Parr lane, Bury in Lancashire, UK, on 18 February 2011. The lipstick prints were gathered from 32 PH patient groups across the world and this was organised by Pulmonary Hypertension Association (UK).
