Created by Venter-Glocken, the largest steel cowbell is 3.28 m (10 ft 9 in) tall and weighs 920 kg (2,028 lb) and was unveiled on 8 August 2003 in the village community square of Kleinschmalkalden, Germany.

The largest cosmic ray telescope is the Pierre Auger Observatory, which is a vast array of some 1,600 particle detectors arranged across 3,000 km2 (1,158 m2) of western Argentina. It is designed to detect very high energy cosmic ray particles produced by supermassive black holes.

The largest cork mosaic measures 154.80 m² (1,666 ft² 36 in²) and was created by Magazine Saveurs du Voyage, published by SemFor (France), in Bordeaux, France, on 14 June 2014. The mosaic was inspired by the first issue of the magazine, dedicated to the Aquitaine region.

The largest copper pipe fitting measures 40 cm (15.7 in) high and 17 cm (6.6 in) wide. The fitting was made by RJW engineering in Stourbridge, West Midlands, UK and completed on 28 March 2006. The fitting is based on pipe cowl from Flowflex.

The largest copper bas-relief measures 122.5 m² (1,318.5 m²) and was created by Ali Moneer Alassad (Syria), in Qurdaha, Lattakia, Syria, on 2 July 2009. The largest cowboy boot measures 2.50 m (8 ft 2 in) in height and 2.38 m (7 ft 9 in) in length and was made by Belachew Tola Buta (Ethiopia). The boot was presented and measured in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 24 January 2008.

Cassius, an Australian saltwater crocodile (Crocodylus porosus), is the largest crocodile in captivity at 5.48 m (17 ft 11.75 in). Largest crocodile ever

Sarcosuchus imperator was a prehistoric species of crocodile which lived around 110 million years ago. Recent fossilised remains found in the Sahara Desert suggest that this creature took around 50-60 years to grow to its full length of around 11-12 metres (37-40 ft) and its maximum weight of around 8 tonnes.
