Paul started his journey in Nordkapp, (North Cape) Norway and ended in Tarifa, Spain. The countries he travelled to on his journey included Spain, France, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Norway, Czech Republic and Switzerland.
The fastest cycle across Canada by a relay team of five is 8 days 8 hr 14 min, and was achieved by the Team H2V (Canada) cycling from Halifax (Nova Scotia) to Vancouver (British Columbia) from 14 to 22 September 2007.
