The longest harp marathon by an individual lasted for 25 hours and 34 minutes and was achieved by Carly Syta (USA) at Notre Dame Academy High School, California, USA, on 16-17 October 2010. Carly is 17 years old and attends the Notre Dame Academy High School. During her attempt, she played broadway tunes, standards, pop, classical and Disney music. Carly’s attempt started at 9.19am on 16 October and ended at 10.53am on 17 October 2010.

Longest marathon hand drumming

The longest performance on a hand drum was 501 hours and was achieved by Kuzhalmannam Ramakrishnan (India) at the Rhythm Therapy Hall, Nandavanam Hospital, Ottapalam, Kerala, India, from 5-26 July 2009. An incredible achievement, beating the previous record by 177 hr! Kuzhalmannam already had a record in this category before, with 101 hr, which was beaten in May 2009.

Longest marathon hand bell ringing

The longest continuous time an individual has played the handbells is 28 hr 50 min 21 sec by Joe Defries (Canada) at the Penticton Convention Centre, Penticton, British Columbia, Canada from 5-6 July 2005. Longest marathon darts playing, singles

The longest marathon playing darts (singles) is 50 hr 1 min 41 sec and was achieved by Chris Lewis and Paul Sweet (both UK) at the Cecil Arms Public House in Saltash, Cornwall, UK, from 8 to 10 November 2013. This is Chris and Paul’s second Guinness World Records title, as they also broke the record for ‘Longest marathon playing darts, doubles’ in 2012 at the same venue. Longest marathon karaoke

The longest karaoke marathon by an individual lasted 101 hr, 59 min and 15 sec and was achieved by Leonardo Polverelli, at the Astra Caffe, Pesaro, Italy, from 19 to 23 September 2011. Throughout the marathon attempt Polverelli sang a total of 1,295 songs, the event raised funds in support of Telethon.
