The most family members to complete an ultra marathon is 7 and was achieved by the Pieroni family (USA) at the Nashville Ultra Marathon in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, on 2 November 2013. Patriarch Dan Pieroni headed up the attempt by his four children, Christina, Julie, Amy and Andrew, and two of his grandchildren, Ashley and Courtney. Most facings on a gatefold vinyl LP

The most facings on a gatefold vinyl LP is 22 for the packaging that accompanied the album titled Lotus by Santana on the CBS Sony label to commemorate Santana’s Tour of Japan in 1973. The recording is that of the concert held on 3 July 1973 at the Kosei Nenkin Kaikan, Osaka, Japan and the 22 printed Illustrated facings are all by Mr Tadanori Yokoo. It cost £ 30,000 for making this cover in 1976.

The record for the most faces painted in one hour by an individual was achieved by Gary Cole (USA), sponsored by Grimas, who painted a total of 217 different faces, using a minimum of three colours per face at Almondvale Shopping Centre in Livingston, West Lothian, UK on 1 September 2007.

There are two holders for this record: The person with the most fingers and toes is Pranamya Menaria (India; born 10 August 2005) who has 25 in total (12 fingers and 13 toes).This is as a result of the condition Polydactyly and Syndactyly. The person with the most fingers and toes is Devendra Harne (India; born 9 January 1995) who has 25 in total (12 fingers and 13 toes) as a result of the condition polydactylism.

Most finely handwoven carpet

The most finely handwoven carpet has 14,440,000 knots per m² and was made by Zhenping Carpet Industry (Group) Corp, China to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Chiyoda Rugs Company (Japan). The carpet was completed on 1 November 2004 after being in production for over 3 years. The carpet is now owned by Mrs Mitsue Takitai, Japan.
