Fulvia Celica Siguas Sandoval (Peru) has had 64 surgical operations since December 1979 to complete gender reassignment. Of these, over 25 have been to her face and neck, with other alterations including ear reductions, transformations to her legs and arm liposuction. Fulvia – a transsexual TV clairvoyant – hit the headlines back in 1998 when she registered as mayoral candidate in Lima, Peru. She sadly passed away on 10 September 2004 at home in Lima, Peru.

The most full contact punch strikes in one minute was 556 and was achieved by Ayaka Miyao (Japan) on the set of ‘100 Beautiful Women Who Have Guinness World Records’, at the Shiodome Nihon TV Studios in Tokyo, Japan, on 5 May 2011. Four international contestants attempted the record in a face-off. The punch strikes were counted using slow motion playback. Punch strikes which did not make full contact with the pad were discounted.
The most full contact punch strikes in one minute is 805 by Robert Ardito (Australia) in Sydney, Australia, on 18 March 2009. Robert held the record until 2008 when it was bettered by John Ozuna in the United States, he then set out to reclaim the title which he did using this wing chun punch style.
The most full contact kicks in one hour by a team is 54,127 and was achieved by the Jayanth Reddy International Taekwondo Academy Team (India), in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, on 31 May 2014. This is the third year in a row that the Jayanth Reddy International Taekwondo Academy Team have broken this record. Out of the 47 man team, the individual with the most kicks was Dyggyala Ramu (India), who managed 1,404 kicks within the hour.
The most full body explosive push ups performed in one minute is 82, achieved by Stephen Buttler (UK) in Morda, Shropshire, UK, in celebration of Guinness World Records Day on 17 November 2011.
The record for the most fuel-efficient vehicle is 0.01857 litres of petrol for 100 km (15,212 mpg) and was achieved by PAC-Car II from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, Switzerland, on the Shell Eco Marathon in the Michelin Technology Centre, Ladoux, France, on 26 June 2005.
