The theme of the dot-to-dot drawing was ‘Nuclear weapons free world and universal brotherhood.’

A long table was set up in the streets of Santoña, where a 1,000 participants took part in gutting and preparing anchovy fish. Each participant was given the following kit: apron, gloves and hair cap; and the following tools: nets, scissors, plates, cloth, oil, a water container, a tin and toothpicks. The most people generating electricity in 24 hours in multiple locations is 11,461 and was achieved by AEON RETAIL Co., Ltd at 10 locations across Japan, on 3 November 2009. The attempt took place at ten different shopping centres, the electricity was generated by pedalling bicycles and the aim was to light up a Christmas tree in each location.
The most people freediving simultaneously is 280 and was achieved by ‘La Scuola del Mare 2’ (Verona), in Torri del Benaco, Verona, on 11 October 2009.
