The most rhinestones on body are 33,139 and were achieved by body artists Emanuela Capizzi (Italy) and Muna Jibril (Jordan) who put the stones on Federica Ceracchi (Italy) on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome, Italy, on 1 April 2010.
