Most vertical distance ski-bobed in 12 hours by an individual

The record for the most vertical distance ski-bobed in 12 hours is 32,736 m (107,401ft 4 in) and is held equally by Harald Brenter (Austria) and Hermann Koch (Austria) in Obertauern, Austria on 22 March 2007. They ski-bobed together during all the attempt but the record is set individually for both of them because they did not follow the guidelines for the team records. They ski-bobed for 11 hours and then they decided to stop.

The most vertical feet skied downhill in 24 hours by a female is 103,773.05 m (340,462ft 1 in) and was achieved by Anna Oberparleiter (Italy) in Olang – Kronplatz, Südtirol, Italy, on 14-15 January 2011. During the same event four teams of four competed against each other and together accumulated 1,670,999.21 m (5,482,269 ft10 in). The most vertical feet run in 24 hours was 59,337 ft 7 in (18,086 m) by 11 members of The Reek Challenge at Croagh Patrick in Murrisk, Ireland, on 1-2 July 2011. The team members included Noel Brady, Robert Coyne, John Gilleran, PJ Hall, Kieran Hasting, Padraic Hughes, Paul Mahon, Padraig Marrey, Mary Mulchrone, Pat Staunton, and Tony Walsh (all Ireland).
