A team of four rowers belonging to Club Canottieri Lugano and consisting of Salvatore Accardo, Franco Sorlini, Daniele Umiker and Lucio Klein, pulled a boat weighing 110 tonnes (242,508 lb) a distance of 500 m (1,640 ft) in 18 min 10 sec on Lugano Lake, Switzerland, on 7 September 2003.

The fastest time to push a car one mile (1.61 km) was 11 min 39 sec by Konda Sahadev (India) pushing a Tata Winger van down Shamshabad Airport Road in Hyderabad, India, on 28 February 2011. For the purposes of this record, it is required that the car weigh at least 1,880 kg. Sahadev’s vehicle weighed 2,700 kg (5,952 lb) not including a passenger.
