For the week ending 13 November 2010, the album Speak Now by Taylor Swift (USA) sold a record 278,000 digital downloads.
Take That´s (UK) album Progress, which featured re-united ex-member Robbie Williams, sold a record 79,807 digital copies on its first day of release (15 November 2010). In total, the album´s first week sales were 518,601 – more than any other album this century.

The all-female Japanese theatre company Takarazuka Revue has so far produced two musical comedies based on Capcom’s Ace Attorney series. Their second show, Gyakuten Saiban 2, ran for 26 nights between 20 August and 15 September 2009 in Tokyo, Japan, and sold out all 7,000 seats in under 4 hours. The fewest strokes taken to complete marathon distance playing golf is 494 strokes and was achieved by Jake Sand (United States) at Desert Mountain Golf Resort, Arizona, United States, on 28 May 2009. The event was to raise money for the Special Olympics and Jake and the other competitors including playing partner Shawn Gobden raised over USD40000. Shawn Gobden was the “fastest” competitor in terms of time, completing the marathon distance in 9 hr 57 min 14.69 sec compared to Jake Sand’s time of 9

The fewest moves used to complete a Rubik’s Cube is 22 and was achieved by Jimmy Coll (Belgium) at the Barcelona Open 2009, in Terrassa, Spain, on 24 April, 2009. The record was equalled by Istvan Kocza (Hungary) at the Czech Open 2010 held in Pardubice, Czech Republic, from 16 to 18 July 2010.
The most flames blown in one minute is 108 and was achieved by Fredrik Karlsson (Sweden), at Sergels Torg, in Stockholm, Sweden, on 3 November 2012. Fredrik Karlsson is a fireman and currently also holds the record for the longest duration for a continuous fire blow.
