The fastest half marathon pushing a pram (male) is 1 hour 13 min 50 sec and was achieved by Travis Boyd (USA) at the Heroes Half Marathon in Everett, Washington, USA, on 28 April 2013.

Travis pushed his one-year-old daughter, Julia, in a pram around the entire half marathon course. Incredibly, Travis actually won the overall half marathon race, beating the entire field and setting a course record in the process.
