Fastest lacrosse shot

The fastest recorded lacrosse shot was 111 mph (178.64 km/h), most recently by Paul Rabil (USA) at the Major League Lacrosse All-Star Game’s Fastest Shot competition in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, on 8 July 2010. Rabil was also the first ever recorded to hit 111 mph at the 2009 competition in Denver, Colorado, USA.

The competition requires that the competitor must shoot from 10 yards beyond goal and that the shot must successfully enter the goal.
