Darren has been slicing smoked salmon for 25 years. He used the traditional pin bone technique to remove the bones from the smoked salmon.
He went head to head against Michelin Star Chef Gordon Ramsay who was unable to go as fast as Darren or slice the salmon to the correct guidelines.
