Nawoj completed, in order, the Paris Marathon (Europe), Singapore Marathon (Asia), New York City Marathon (North America), Rio de Janeiro Marathon (South America), Antarctica Marathon (Antarctica), Marrakech Marathon (Africa) and the Canberra Marathon (Australia). His fastest time amongst the seven marathons was the New York City Marathon, which Nawoj completed in 2 hr 52 min 27 sec.
