The fastest time to erect a four man tent is 2 minutes and 7 seconds and was achieved by Dillon Livingston, Thomas Watkins, Roy A. Edwards, Katie Olivier, Rose Hircock, John Logan, Des Woodcock, Elizabeth Jones, Joanna Charlton (all UK) and Olga Iljuscenko(Lithuania) at the Mary Ward House in Camden, London, UK on 1 July 2011.

The tent used was not a pop up tent, as per the guidelines. The attempt was done indoors with sods of grass for the pegs to be pushed into.
