The fastest time to walk 20 m with feet facing backwards is 19.59 seconds and was achieved by Moses Lanham (USA) on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 10 March 2011.

As per guidelines Moses’s feet have remained at an angle of 120 degrees for the duration of the record.
