The Red Wheelies are a charity that support Multiple Sclerosis and Quingo the company behind the organisation of the attempt, manufacture the motorised wheelchairs that were used in the attempt. Although there were three participants taking part in the attempt, Jackie Weeden was the participant who was put forward for the Guinness World Records title. Although Jackie covered a distance of 247.84km for the entire 24 hour period. Jackie took 10 hours and 50 minutes worth of breaks and this was subracted from total time to get the final time of 13 hours and 50 minutes worth of driving. the All breaks were recorded in the log books and witness statments matched the times and person responsible for logging this.
