The heaviest deadlift with one finger was 116.90 kg (354.72 lb) by Benik Israelyan (Armenia) with his right middle finger in Yerevan, Armenia, on 11 June 2011.

Israelyan held the weight off the ground in a locked body position for 7 seconds. He lifted a collection of weightlifting plates vertically bound together by a metal rod in the center.
