The largest bachata dance involved 325 couples (650 people) and was achieved by Buena Vista Social Dance Club (Russia) at Lenin Stadium in Khabarovsk, Russia, on 30 June 2012.

The record attempt formed part of the Youth Day celebrations in Khabarovsk. All 325 couples danced for 10 minutes 18 seconds to live music, performed by Cuban singer “Mr Tito” (Ramon Barrios).
