The largest car mosaic was created with 460 Volkswagen cars in an event organized by Volkswagen do Brasil Indústria de Veículos Automotores Ltda at the Anhembi Parque in São Paulo, Brazil, on 10 April 2010.

The mosaic was created to celebreate the 30th anniversary of the Volkswagen Gol and this is why most of the cars used for the mosaic were Gols. The mosaic displayed the logo of the Volkswagen Gol.
