The largest carpet of flowers/plants is 10,712.75 m² (115,311 ft²) and was created by Landscaping & Irrigation Department, Royal Commission of Yanbu (Saudi Arabia), in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, on 24 February 2014.

The flowers/plant carpet was part of opening the 8th year of Yanbu flower festival. For the carpet, approximately 960,000 plants were used with each plant producing 10-12 flowers.
