Largest chocolate sculpture

The largest chocolate sculpture weighed 8,273.3 kg (18,239.5 lb), measured 0.6 m (1 ft 11 in) in height, and 3.7 m by 3.7 m (12 ft by 12ft) at its base. It was created by Francois Mellet (France, USA), corporate chef of Qzina Speciality Foods (USA) and was presented and measured in Irvine, California, USA, on 20 April 2012.

The sculpture depicted the Kululakan pyramid in Chichen Itza, Mexico.
