The largest chocolate truffle weighted 802 Kg (1,768 lb 11 oz) and was achieved by Mirco Della Vecchia, Andrea Andrighetti, Rimini Fiera, Fabbri 1905, Icam and Martellato (all Italy) at the Sigep Fair in Rimini, Italy on 21 January 2012.

The ingredients used for the chocolate truffle were: dark chocolate 1,000 Kg (2,204 lb 62 oz); amarena cherries 200 kg (440 lb 92 oz); cream 200 kg (440 lbs 92 oz).
The chocolate truffle measured 1 m in height with a circumference of 50 cm long.
