The largest confetti mosaic measures 12 m² (129.17 ft²) and was made in an event organised by Benesse Corporation (Japan) at Miraikan in Koto, Tokyo, Japan, on 28 July 2013.

The main image depicted in the mosaic was of Benesse Corporation’s mascot called Korasho. The mosaic was made by the staff of the organisers at an event, with the help of 771 children and their parents who visited the event.
