The largest first aid lesson involved 1,700 participants and was achieved by Emirates Transport (UAE) at Abu Dhabi National Theatre, Abu Dhabi (UAE), on 27 April 2013.

The first aid lesson was held as part of Emirates Transport annual Health and Safety Awareness month. The class participants were made up of the staff and management of Emirates Transport.
