The largest Spritzer was 573 litres (126.7 gal) and was prepared during an event organised by Filippo Lazzarin (Italy) at the Piazzagrande shopping centre in Piove Di Sacco (Italy) on 24 July 2010.

The glass was 1 meter tall and contained 31% of water, 29% of Aperol and 40% of Prosecco wine
