The largest human awareness ribbon was formed by 6,847 participants at an event organised by the National Integrated Forum of Artists and Activists (India) at New Grain Market in Karnal, India, on 2 April 2012.

The ribbon was a red ribbon to represent HIV-AIDS awareness.
