The largest human mattress dominoes was achieved by 850 participants (all USA), at an event organised by La Quinta Inns & Suites, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, on 28 February 2012.

The 850 brand new mattresses were donated to local homeless services agencies following the event.
