The largest Kuchipudi dance comprised of 5,794 participants and was achieved by SiliconAndhra (USA) in Hyderabad, India, on 25 December 2012.

Dancers had arrived from all over India and from 16 different nations for the 3rd International Kuchipudi Dance Convention. The record attempt was made at the end of the convention and it was a highly colourful event where all dancers dressed in traditional outfits together with highly elaborate hair and facial makeup. SiliconAndhra broke its own record of 2850 set previously on 26 December 2010.
