The website, soulburners.org, features photos of handwritten questions and answers submitted through a community art project called Soulburners. Since 2008, the Soulburners kiosk has sat on urban sidewalks and visited festivals in Northeast America, encouraging visitors to write a question about life on a small coloured card. Every day, Johnny retrieved the cards and wrote advice on the back, posting the results on the installation and on the website. Johnny started the project as a way to help people, offering advice on love, life and everything in between, and has even received a few marriage proposals through it.
