The largest picture mosaic measured 1,111.78 m² (1,1967.05 ft²) and was achieved by Adana Güney Rotary Club (Turkey) in Adana, Turkey, on 14 April 2013.

The mosaic depicted a crane bird and consisted of 17,800 A4 pictures drawn by individual children from 84 schools all over Turkey. The aim of attempting this record was to promote world peace. The mosaic measured 53.17 m (174.44 ft) in length and 53.11 cm (20.91 in) in width.
