Largest seafood cocktail

The largest seafood cocktail was a prawn cocktail weighing 99.72 kg (219 lb 13 oz) and was created by Tom Pickerell (UK) from Shellfish Association of Great Britain at Fishmongers’ Hall, London, UK, on 10 July 2009.

The cocktail glass used measured 1.5 m (4 ft 11 in) high. The ingredients used were 45.4 kg (100 lb 1 oz) Royal Greenland gold label prawns, 10 kg (22 lb) iceberg lettuces, 27.3 kg (60 lb 2 oz) mayonnaise, 14.45 kg (31 lb 13 oz) tomato ketchup, 435 g (15 oz) Worcester sauce, 100 g (3.5 oz) Tabasco and 2.036 kg (4 lb 7 oz) single cream.
