The largest seashell mosaic measures 147 m2 (1873 ft2) and was achieved by Dubai police (UAE) at Dubai police headquarter in Dubai, UAE, on the 17 January 2010.

The seashell mosaic was 13.81 m (45 ft 3 in) long and 12.62 m (41ft 5 in) wide and consisted of 59,835 shells all from UAE shores.

130 people worked on the project which took 45 days to complete.
