The largest stick bomb consists of 9,911 sticks and was created by MegaHouse Corporation (Japan). It was presented and activated at the International Tokyo Toy Show 2012 in Koto, Tokyo, Japan, on 14 June 2012.

Since tongue depressors are not commonly used in Japan, MegaHouse Corporation used its own product to attempt this record. They first used 10,000 sticks, but some did not get activated, so the final count of sticks that “exploded” became 9,911.
