The largest underpants measured 20 m (65 ft 7 in) across the waist and 12 m (39 ft 4 in) from waistband to crotch and were presented by Pants to Poverty (UK) in London, UK, on 16 September 2010.

The measuring was carried out at the offices of the fairtrade fashion brand People Tree in East London.
