The longest curly wurly that was stretched in three minutes is 285.5 cm (9 ft 4 in) and was achieved by Tracy Jane Sullivan (UK), at the Cheese and Grain during the Frome Chocolate Festival, in Somerset, UK, on 20 November 2011.

This attempt took place at the Frome Chocolate Fesitival and on one particluar stall participants were given the opportunity to break a Guinness World Records attempt for the longest curly wurly stretched in 3 minutes.

Around 70 attempts took place on the day with Tracey Jane Sullivan breaking the record on her second attempt. Her first attempt measured 259.4cm and the second attempt measured 285.5cm.
