The longest journey on roller skis is 2,246.21 km (1,395.73 mi) and was achieved by Cesar Baena (Venezuela) from Stockholm, Sweden, to Oslo, Norway, between 11 May and 5 July 2012.

Cesar was supported by a team that included Photographer, Anton Sjudin and his brother, Bernardo Baena, who traveled with him by car. He attempted this record to bring attention to the fact that due to global warming, there is a lack of snow for practising for winter sports and people can use roller skis as a great alternative.
