The longest marathon playing flag football lasted 52 hours 3 minutes and 57 seconds and was achieved by Play Flag Football (USA) at the Off the Wall Soccer Complex in Santa Clara, California, USA, between 16 and 17 August 2013.

The 32 members were divided into two, 16-person squads with 5 members of each team on the field at the same time. “Red” team defeated the “Black” team by a final score of 2996-2841.
