Longest marathon playing ice hockey

The longest marathon playing ice hockey lasted 246 hr and 2 min and was achieved by team Oilympics (Canada) at the Chestermere Regional Community Association in Chestermere, Alberta, Canada, from 6 to 16 May 2012.

The group of 40 was split into the “Hope” and “Cure” teams, with team “Cure” emerging victorious 4,170 – 3,843.
Despite the loss, Team Hope had the pick of the stats. Dave Shillington from Team Hope lead the scorers with 522 while managing to rack up 275 assists. With Andy Larose, also of Team Hope, lead with 323 assists and 355 goals.
