The longest motorcycle backflip by a woman measured 12.36 m (40 ft 7 in) and was completed by Jolene Van Vugt (USA) at Godfrey Trucking/Rocky Mountain Raceway in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, on 17 November 2008 for the MTV show ‘Nitro Circus’.

Van Vugt was riding a RM125 Two Stroke Yamaha motorcross bike

This is the first time a woman has been recorded successfully completing a backflip on a motorcycle.
