Longest vehicle drift

The longest vehicle drift is 144.126 km (89.55 miles) and was achieved by Harald Müller (Germany) in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Turkey) in Samsun, Turkey, on 15 July 2014.

The record was attempted in a round course that measured 235.50 m. Harald Müller managed to complete 612 laps in 2 hours, 25 minutes and 18 seconds driving a Toyota GT 86 (2012 model), 200 PS and 235 Nm (newton meter torque). The first attempt failed, and the second attempt was successful. The independent witness was Mr Görkem Cosgun who is a judge for King of Europe Drift.
